“The Pokémon Center, in New York’s Rockefeller Center, is a one-of-the-kind, interactive retail destination. For kids, and kids at heart, the multi-level Pokémon Center creates a wondrous environment that transports visitors into a Pokémon fantasy for all who enter. Based on the worldwide phenomenon, the Center features both new and exclusive merchandise as well as entertaining attractions.”

 This fan-made website is dedicated to the Pokémon Center in New York City that served in Rockefeller Plaza from 2001-2005. This is an ongoing project, and information and images/video will be added as it surfaces. So please check often, browse, and enjoy the nostalgia!

In celebration of Pokémon’s 25th anniversary in 2021, Julie compiled a playlist of all music played via rotating CDs throughout the store from November 16th, 2001 through January 19th, 2005.
